There are many ways to encourage customer testimonials on your social media pages and get positive reviews.
After a job is completed, ask your happy customers to share their experiences with you. You can ask them to post feedback on your social media networks or business review sites, such as Yelp and/or Angie’s List.
Do you receive “Thank You” messages by email or mail? You can easily share a quote in your social media networks as well. Make sure to acknowledge the testimonial with a personal thank you note.
Featuring newly completed jobs or “Before and After” photos is another way to showcase your best work and get positive feedback. Simply post or pin your job photos with a brief caption explaining the job challenge and outcomes, such as customer energy savings.
The ABC program member Technical Heating Co. has had great success in sharing customer testimonials on their Facebook page. For example, new project photos have generated “likes” and “shares” among their friends and neighbors creating the positive buzz about the company and their ABC team.
Do you have any recognitions or company awards? Share any accolades recognizing your team members for their work or active participation in the community.
